Women in Business Carrying Emotional Pain
I just want to talk to you very briefly about emotional pain and the scary thing is a lot of us don’t even know we are carrying it. I know carry right?
Let me share with you my story and you may understand what i mean.
So i am a survivor of multiple domestic abuse and it wasn’t until 2018/19 my healing journey finally started. However, prior to this, I decided in 2015 I wanted to set up my own business. Since then till 2021, I have had every kind of help and support going - from business coaches, mentors, downloading every freebie on how to run a business - I still have the email address for this specific inbox lol, you name it and none of it worked.
I couldn’t understand why. I was doing all that I had to do but nothing was ever working. My life was in turmoil and business was nonexistent so I kept opening new ones. Please note, I had 3 children back then as well...if you know you know!
Now briefly put, I came into spirituality in 2018 and learned about inner healing however it wasn't until later on down i realised that energy is energy and if your not aligned it will affect you holistically. This is when I really had to start to do the inner work beyond just “mindset.”
Now I share this because emotional blocks that became a part of my reality were blocking me joy, happiness, impact and success and I never even knew they were there.
This unhealed, unsolved energy had become the new me but a me that wasn’t serving me anymore and that’s why healing emotional blocks is so important as it blocks your success.
Now this blog isn't about poor me, it’s showing you what can happen if you DON’T change.
Deep down you want to change the world in your unique way. You live from a place of loving to serve and make a difference through your visionary self, i get it - i was the same too but suppressing emotions will become your new identity, please tell me how is that serving the future you?
